Mexico › Transition Project
The Mexico Transition Project provided a structured pause and reflect on the strengths, challenges and long-term sustainability of our Mexico-based projects, particularly the recently completed Manos Vivas 2.0 project. Through in-country meetings with project teams and partners, we reviewed M&E systems, clarified Theories of Change, and collaboratively designed a stronger strategy for the next phase of our artisan projects. This process resulted in revised activity structure and a clear roadmap for expanding and refining our artisan, savings group, microbusiness and agrobusiness work in Mexico.
Key Achievements:
Co-creation of a new Theory of Change and draft Logframe for the next phase of artisan projects
Strengthened monitoring and evaluation systems by revising trackers, clarifying indicators and reviewing lessons learned from past and current projects
Established two guides in Financial Inclusion
