Mexico › Transition Project

The Mexico Transition Project provided a structured pause and reflect on the strengths, challenges and long-term sustainability of our Mexico-based projects, particularly the recently completed Manos Vivas 2.0 project. Through in-country meetings with project teams and partners, we reviewed M&E systems, clarified Theories of Change, and collaboratively designed a stronger strategy for the next phase of our artisan projects. This process resulted in revised activity structure and a clear roadmap for expanding and refining our artisan, savings group, microbusiness and agrobusiness work in Mexico.

Key Achievements:

  • Co-creation of a new Theory of Change and draft Logframe for the next phase of artisan projects

  • Strengthened monitoring and evaluation systems by revising trackers, clarifying indicators and reviewing lessons learned from past and current projects

  • Established two guides in Financial Inclusion
